ABOUT US

Our project started in February 2023 in close collaboration with professional partners in the music industry. Our goal is to be the leading event organizer in the Nordics in anticipation to the Eurovision Song Contest.

OUR EVENT

The first edition of Nordic Music Celebration: Eurovision Night takes place on April 20th, 2024, in Oslo’s iconic Rockefeller Music Hall. This is a memorable night filled with performances from renown artists in the Nordics and abroad connected to the Eurovision Song Contest. This event is tailored for individuals aged 18 and above, promising an immersive experience reminiscent of Eurovision.

The Nordic Music Celebration is an initiative in collaboration between the three Norwegian Eurovision Song Contest fanclubs: Eurovision Norway, ESC Norge and OGAE Norway.

Eurovision Norway

Eurovision Norway is a Norwegian social media team and fan club dedicated to spreading positive engagement and good vibes about Eurovision and Melodi Grand Prix! Eurovision Norway has been around since 2017 and is run entirely by volunteers, always exploring and expanding. Eurovision Norway is currently creating content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X but also have a strong presence at Eurovision events, where they conduct interviews with artists. Their passion is to share the joy of Eurovision with everyone.

OGAE Norway

OGAE Norway is a club for anyone with a special interest in Melodi Grand Prix. The fanclub was initially started in Finland in 1984. Norway has had its own club since 1985, and it now has approximately over 520 members. There are national clubs in over twenty countries, with thousands of members worldwide.

ESC Norge

ESC Norge is a site run on a voluntary basis by Melodi Grand Prix fans. They keep you updated on news, publish interviews, and follow the Eurovision Song Contest and the national selections closely. ESC Norway has a unique collaboration with the Norwegian Grand Prix club (OGAE Norway). ESC Norge was started in May 2009 by two enthusiasts, and on 19 June of the same year escnorge.net saw the light of day. In 2019 we celebrated ten years and launched the new escnorge.no. Today we are eighteen fans who love to keep you updated on what is happening in the MGP and Eurovision universe.
